Any Language has standard rules. The programming codes have international standards rules which are provided with W3C. The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) is the main international standards organization for the World Wide Web (abbreviated WWW or W3). This website has Markup validation service to check the markup (HTML, XHTML, …) of web documents. In addition, W3C engages in education, and develops software and serves as an open forum for discussion about the Web.
