How we can purchase Rayatec Plans?
What happens after I Purchase a plan?
Once you have purchased your Plan or services from Rayatec, you will receive a confirmation email (subject: “Rayatec Confirmation Email”) from us within 24 hours. Afterward, We confirm, by phone, the majority of our new orders. We take this extra step to help guard all our customers, and our business, against fraud.
Do you have templates? Can I see some examples?
Yes. Included with your Rayatec account, if you have request to design your website, we will send you a link after you login you can see our templates and choose one of our templates to install and set up on your website.
I have a very specific technical question. Who do I need to contact?
What are my payment options?
You can pay your Rayatec invoices in two ways:
- By PayPal
- By cheque through the mail
What if my payment is overdue?
Any unpaid balance, including interest, is subject to interest charges at a rate of 5% per month, which calculated and charged to your account on a monthly basis. If you have more than 3 months overdue payment you website will be block while we receive you payment.

Why is my first invoice higher?
Your first Rayatec invoice includes charges for the current month, as well as your web design cost.
Can I print my invoice and pay at my bank or a bank machine?
The Printed online invoices cannot be used to make a payment at the bank or bank machine.
